The hotel has been fully refurbished recently, this was also the reason for choosing it on the background of so many similar establishments in the neighbourhood. Proximity to the ferry terminal is also a benefit.
Lack of dedicated parking facilities. The parking used by the hotel is one of those small places requiring to leave your car keys with parking staff. In our case the electronic chip from the car key was stolen over night, incurring a two day delay for the whole family and a >300eur service bill, not counting frustration. Look elsewhere for parking, best chose a hotel that has one.

Hotel is nice. It is clean. Staff is very helpful and nice. However, it is not a cheap hotel, they better put water in the room, a water heater for tea, coffee. Small littlethings you want to enjoy when u r back in the hotel after a long shopping day. Tq
